Davis Shockles LineSnubber marine mooring and dock line shock absorber is a patented shock absorber designed to reduce stress, shock loads, and noise on dock lines, anchor lines, and rigging. Its progressive tension design stretches under load to absorb sudden impacts caused by wind, waves, wakes and tidal movement, helping to protect both your boat and hardware.
Built for long-term marine use, the LineSnubber features a durable marine-grade elastomer core, a UV-resistant nylon outer sheath and a patented internal line limiter for controlled stretching and added safety. The included 316 stainless steel carabiners make installation quick and allow the LineSnubber to be easily moved between lines when needed.
Suitable for docking, anchoring, tender towing, boom preventers, boom tie-downs and other marine applications.

Note: Shockles should always be rigged inline with the load and not used to carry the full load alone. For best performance, allow 15 - 30 cm (6” - 12”) of slack before the LineSnubber takes the load.
